How it works
From your first message to life after treatment, here is exactly what working with Ibogaine Support Line looks like. It’s free at every step.
Step 1
Start with the free intake. You can share as much or as little as you like: what you hope ibogaine can help with, what you’re using or taking now, your health history, your timeline and your budget. If you’re reaching out for someone else, tell us what you know.
Step 2
We reach out by email, phone or text. The first conversation is about you: your goals, what you’ve tried, what worries you, and practical things like travel and cost. We answer questions honestly, including whether ibogaine is a good idea for you at all.
Step 3
Responsible ibogaine providers screen carefully before treatment. Expect an EKG to check heart rhythm, bloodwork including liver function and electrolytes, and a full review of your medications and substances. We explain what each test is for and what results can mean you need a different path or more preparation.
Step 4
Based on your health, history, goals and budget, we share a small number of options and what sets each apart. Some may be clinics affiliated with our group; we’ll always tell you which. When an outside provider or a different path fits you better, we’ll say so. The decision is always yours.
Step 5
We help you prepare: following your provider’s instructions on medications and timing, planning travel, and deciding who will be with you when you get back. We check in before you go and after you return.
Step 6
Ibogaine can open a window, but the weeks and months after treatment matter most. We connect you with integration coaches, psychedelic-informed therapists, peer groups and family support, and we stay available when things get hard.
Our promises
We’ll tell you if ibogaine isn’t right for you, and why.
We’re run by clinic operators and we’ll always say when an option is affiliated with us. No referral fees, ever.
We never encourage skipping screening, and we never help anyone self-treat.
Free and confidential
Tell us your situation and a support guide will reply personally. No pressure and no obligation.
